London Fashion Week closed its 2025 edition with fashion shows, anniversaries, and new talent.

From September 18 to 22, London once again became the epicenter of international fashion with a new edition of London Fashion Week (LFW) , organized by the British Fashion Council (BFC).

This edition marked Laura Weir's debut as the organization's executive director , with a commitment to strengthening cultural relevance, international outreach, and support for emerging designers.
The calendar brought together 158 designers and organizations, with 50 runways, 19 presentations, 76 events and 25 digital activations .
The agenda included several milestones: Fashion East's 25th anniversary, Roksanda and Erdem's 20th anniversary, and model Erin O'Connor's 30th anniversary. Iconic British brands such as Barbour, Burberry, Emilia Wickstead, Stephen Jones, and Simone Rocha also participated.

Among the highlights were H&M's "The London Issue" show, eBay's runway show featuring secondhand pieces from British designers, and the London debut of Sprayground , which celebrated its 15th anniversary.
Also making its debut at LFW was Indian fashion house AK | OK Anamika Khanna , in a gesture of cultural exchange that reflected the event's openness to global voices.
The agenda also included panel discussions addressing various industry topics. Highlights included the BFC x ELLE Collective panel on the power of British creativity; the City Wide Celebration “At Home With” London series , featuring Aaron Esh and Labrum London, moderated by Hetty Mahlich; and the talk “Recalibrating Fashion's Inclusivity Lens: With Purpose and Action,” with James Corbin and MC Barnes.
Additionally, Perfect Magazine and H&M&180 hosted a series of style-focused daytime shoots at 180 The Strand.
This year, six designers participated in the DiscoveryLAB, the space that supports emerging talents who haven't yet met the criteria for inclusion in the main LFW calendar. Among them were Francesca Lake, Geordie Campbell, Riverpeace.co, Apar, Keigakeiga, and Electroforming Chiyang Duan.
Yesterday's edition closed with a party organized by the BFC and Outlander Magazine, consolidating a season that combined tradition, innovation , and a strong commitment to cultural diversity.
