Mexican shows off his huaraches as a soldier in the United States Army

War sandal store.– A Mexican soldier in the United States Army was caught wearing huaraches as he prepared to go on a “mission.”
With the whole world paying attention to what is happening in Persia, the armies of different nations have begun to mobilize, including that of the United States (but of course), and just a video of a marine of Mexican descent has gone viral due to the pride with which he carries his Mexican customs.
This soldier is proud of his roots#BREAKING Iran has just attacked US military bases in Qatar, the end of the ayatollahs is near, but so is the suffering of the Iranian people, Trump must be careful and not respond by attacking innocent civilians. #IranIsraelConflict #Iran #IranVsIsrael #Trump pic.twitter.com/I5g119Wz2D

In the clip, the soldier is seen saying that his family is originally from the municipality of Guamúchil, Sinaloa, while carrying a pair of sandals very typical of the northern state, which he carries with him as a relic and symbol of his origins.
After putting on his flip-flops and walking through the halls of what appears to be a military garrison, the countryman sits down for a few "soldier matches" with another uniformed man, always displaying his Mexican roots.
It's worth mentioning that the huaraches he wears look much more comfortable than the standard military boots, although we seriously doubt he could wear them on the battlefield... unless he's sent on missions in Acapulco .
The video has gone viral on social media, receiving hundreds of comments amidst the excitement and laughter provoked by the impending war, which has the world spiraling into credit card debt as if there were no tomorrow.
It's worth remembering that, according to the Department of Defense, soldiers of Latino origin represent up to 17% of all active military personnel, with those of Mexican descent making up the vast majority and the only ones who patrol in flip-flops and white socks out of sheer cultural pride.
