Julia Roberts Wears Versace to Romantic Boat Ride With Husband in Venice

Julia Roberts was dazzling in Venice in her floor-length Versace dress. The star first graced the Venice red carpet in this design for the premiere of her film, “After the Hunt”. After her red carpet moment, Roberts continued to showcase the elegant look during a night boat ride with husband Danny Moder.
Recently, Julia Roberts took to her Instagram to share a picture of her Venice boat ride with husband while wearing her red carpet Versace dress. In the photo, Roberts is seen cuddling with Moder in the water taxi. The “Pretty Woman” actor appeared in this outfit at the Venice Film Festival on August 29. She walked the red carpet accompanied by “After the Hunt”‘s director Luca Guadagnino. Alongside were their co-stars: Ayo Edebiri, Andrew Garfield, and Chloe Sevigny.
Roberts’ customized Atelier Versace gown was created by the label’s new creative director, Dario Vitale. Roberts’ Versace gown proved to be a deadly combination of modern elegance with classic Hollywood glamor. As for the hair, she wore it wavy and down, and with minimal but bright makeup. Further, her platinum and titanium earrings and bracelet perfectly completed her look.
The 57-year-old has upped her glamor level ever since her arrival in Venice on August 27. During her arrival, the actor was seen wearing a cool white cardigan—cool as in, the highlight of the sweater was Guadagnino’s face embroidered all over it. She wore this cardigan over black shorts paired with black sneakers, with dark round LAPIMA sunglasses. Adding to that, her color-coded baggage by Celine Medium was the cherry on the top.
For the film’s photo call, Roberts donned a Versace blue wool jacket over striped shirt and dark denim pants. The outfit was elevated with a gold buckle belt, leather Vienna 95 shoes, and a leather bag. The actor proved to be the ideal poster girl for Vitale’s designs ever since his new position at the fashion house.
