Prada Mode is back for its 12th iteration. Since 2006, the Cartier Women’s Initiative (CWI) has nurtured women-run and -owned businesses across social, economic, and environmental fields. Successful applicants of the program receive an $100,000 grant, mentorship, and media publicity. This year, the brand hosted its 2025 Impact Awards—also in Osaka—and honored nine former CWI fellows. During the event, honorees shared inspiring stories, including 2019 fellow Caitlin Dolkart, whose app Flare revolutionized ambulatory care in Nairobi, and 2013 fellow Nabita Banka, who has dramatically improved access to public toilets across India.
