Tourism zoned land for sale in Çeşme for 100 million liras

Çeşme Civil Court of Peace put the 2,500 square meter tourism zoned land located in 16 Eylül Neighborhood, Ayasaranda Location, island 7928, parcel 2, on sale.

The land, which has the annotation "1st and 2nd degree immovable cultural asset requiring protection" dated 21.05.2009 and the annotation "Natural site - sustainable protection and controlled usage area" dated 25.09.2018 in the land registry record, was determined to have a reserve price of 100 million liras.

There are hotel constructions near the land such as The Nowness Luxury Hotel and Saranda Resort.

The following information is given regarding the zoning status of the land:

“According to the zoning status submitted, the parcel in question is located in the sustainable conservation controlled use area in accordance with the decision numbered 983 dated 09.10.2020 of the Izmir 2nd TVK Regional Commission and in the conservation zoning plan numbered 479 dated 01.04.2005. A floor easement cannot be established. The facility is considered a single independent unit. It is mandatory to obtain a tourism investment certificate before the construction permit is issued. The provisions of the regulation regarding the documentation and qualifications of tourism facilities will be complied with. Since the parcel is located on a fault line, the opinion of a geological engineer of our Directorate will be obtained.”
