The incident occurred late at night on Ramazanoğlu Street in the Parsana neighborhood of the central Selçuklu district. According to reports, K.İ. ignored police orders to stop in a car with license plate 42 K 1583, inherited from his grandfather, and fled. After drifting in the opposite direction, K.İ. was apprehended by police after a tire burst following a chase of approximately 30 minutes. Upon inspection, it was determined that K.İ. did not have a driver's license, and he was fined approximately 88,000 lira. While K.İ. was being taken to the police station for questioning on charges of "endangering traffic safety," the car was banned from traffic.
