Citizen who fell into the Asi River was trapped: Rescued by teams

The incident took place in the Kavaslı Neighborhood of the Antakya district. A citizen who fell into the bed of the Asi River passing through the neighborhood was trapped. Police, ambulance and firefighting teams were dispatched to the scene after the people in the area reported it to the 112 Emergency Call Center. As a result of the intervention of the Hatay Metropolitan Municipality fire department and underwater protection teams, the trapped citizen was rescued and handed over to the health teams.
