Due to the Receivables (Resulting from the Real Estate Lease Agreement) lawsuit pending in our court between the Plaintiff, ÇUKUROVA UNIVERSITY RECTORATE and the Defendant, TARGET AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT SPECIAL EDUCATION TOURISM AND PROMOTION HIZMETLERI LIMITED COMPANY IN LIQUIDATION; Despite all searches, the address of the defendant company , Target Agricultural Research, Development Private Education Tourism and Promotion Services Limited Company, registered at Adana Trade Registry Office, number 483, with the tax number 8230044202, could not be determined and since the invitations issued in the name of the defendant company, Target Agricultural Research, Development Private Education Tourism and Promotion Services Limited Company, registered at Adana Trade Registry Office, number 483, were returned without any replenishment, it has been decided to issue an invitation by announcement; it is hereby notified to the defendant company by announcement, instead of an invitation, that the plaintiff Çukurova University must submit its response petition to the debt lawsuit filed for the collection of a total of TL 94.891,21, including the penalty fee between 31/12/2018 and 31/12/2020, additional penalty fees and legal interests accrued as of certain dates, within a definite period of 2 weeks and be present at the hearing on 21/10/2025, at 10:00, when the hearing is adjourned, or have himself/herself represented by an attorney, otherwise a decision will be made by holding a hearing in his/her absence.
