ANNOUNCEMENT Due to the Title Deed Cancellation and Registration (Based on Possession) case being heard in our court between ISTANBUL FOUNDATIONS 1ST REGIONAL DIRECTORATE and MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, URBANIZATION AND CLIMATE CHANGE; Due to the fact that the owners of the immovable property with a surface area of 66.00 m2 located in Beyoğlu district, Çatma Mescit Neighborhood, Sel Street, block 882, parcel 24, in the province of Istanbul, Öjeni, Katina, Yorgiya Vitali, Tarsiça Vitali, Eleni Vitali, Atina Asteri, İstelyo Vitali, Mari Testa, Konstantino are missing, with the decision numbered 2022/659, decision numbered 2023/578 of the Istanbul 1st Civil Court of Peace, the Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change has been appointed as a trustee in accordance with Article 427 of the TMK.
For the reasons explained above, pursuant to Article 588 of the Civil Code, it is requested that the owners of the immovable property located in ''Istanbul province, Beyoğlu district, Çatma Mescit Neighborhood, Sel Street, block 882, parcel 24, with a surface area of 66.00 m2'' Öjeni, Katina, Yorgiya Vitali, Tarsiça Vitali, Eleni Vitali, Atina Asteri, İstelyo Vitali, Mari Testa, Konstantino be missing and that their shares in the immovable property be registered in the name of Kasımpaşada Elhaç Beyazıt Aka Other Tozkoparan Mescidi Imam and Muzzinine Meşruta Foundation. Accordingly, in accordance with Article 33 of the CC, those who have information about the missing persons should inform our court regarding the file numbered 2023/200 as of the date of announcement, and if the missing persons are alive, their addresses should also be notified.
Those who have information about the disappearance of the persons whose information is written below are hereby notified publicly that they should apply to our court as of the date of publication. 14.05.2025THE UNKNOWN
