HE DISCOVERED HIS TALENT WHILE GOING HUNTING
The young athlete discovered his talent about three years ago while hunting with his father, Akif Madran. Trying to hit a bottle his father threw into the air, Muaz succeeded on his first try. He then hit a second bottle with a single shot, prompting his father and family to recognize his talent. His older brother, Arif Madran, shared the moment on social media, and viewers suggested Muaz should seek professional training. With his father's support, Muaz applied to the Turkish Shooting Federation Provincial Representative and the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports and successfully hit targets repeatedly during trials at the shooting range in Koçarlı. Motivated by this, the young athlete began training and quickly earned a spot on the national team.
WON A GOLD MEDAL
The 16-year-old national athlete competed in the PT3 discipline in Brno, Czech Republic, winning the gold medal and becoming a world champion. The Turkish Shooting Federation wholeheartedly congratulated the young athlete and shared his success with the entire country.
