With the acceptance of the lawsuit; 1- In the lawsuit filed by the plaintiff Tuna Management Services Tur. Consulting and Trade Inc. against the defendant Mesut Talha Şahsuvaroğlu, the plaintiff's request for title deed cancellation and registration was accepted, and the 1 / 24th share of the timeshare numbered 58 in the 4th floor of Parkevler C1 Block, block 373, parcel 22, Ankara Province, Kızılcahamam District, İsmetpaşa Neighborhood, with a 3/8th share registered in the plaintiff's name was cancelled, and the cancelled 1/24th share was decided to be registered in the name of the defendant Mesut Talha Şahsuvaroğlu, with the possibility of appeal. 14/05/2025
