Zelenskyy: Russia Launches 623 Drone and Missile Attacks on Ukraine

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that Russia launched 26 cruise missiles and 597 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) against his country in its latest attack. In a statement on Telegram, he stated that two people were killed and 20 injured in the attack on the city of Chernivtsi.

Zelenskyy claimed that most of the attacks were carried out with Iranian-made Shahid drones and called on the international community to increase sanctions pressure on Moscow.

The Ukrainian Air Force reported that they neutralized 319 Shahid UAVs and 25 missiles, and that one missile and approximately 20 UAVs hit five regions.
