The wind of the Republic blew in Sabiha Gökçen

The celebration at Sabiha Gökçen Airport began at 10:00 a.m. with a "Music of the Republic" concert. Passengers joined the celebrations by singing along to the trio's performances at the "This is how we won the Republic" themed photo area, located in front of the domestic departures level gate.

The photo area on the airport's departures floor, featuring representations of the War of Independence, the crescent and star, and images of Atatürk, became a popular destination for many passengers. Guests eager to leave a mark on this special day during their travels took numerous photos in this designated area. Guests who joined the celebrations were presented with Turkish flag and ISG flag badges as a memento of the occasion.
