New regulations and features are coming to WhatsApp

The newly tested group feature for WhatsApp has been spotted in the Android 2.25.30.12 beta version of the app. The enhanced version of the mention feature, called 'Mention All,' has been spotted here.
This feature essentially allows all members of a group to be notified with a single label. This prevents users from missing messages. In this case, a label called @all will be used to tag everyone in the group.
Group admins will be allowed to use tagging in larger WP groups with more than 32 participants.
WhatsApp is addressing the issue of spam messages with a monthly limit. This means users will now have a limit on the number of messages they can send to unresponsive recipients. WhatsApp released the following statement on the matter:
All messages sent by users or businesses to others will count against your monthly message limit if they don't receive a response. For example, let's say you met someone at a conference and sent them three messages, but they never responded. Those three messages will count against your monthly limit.
It has not yet been announced when this system will be available.
