Shocking decision about US rapper 'Diddy'

According to local media reports, Judge Arun Subramanian denied Combs' bail.
Subramanian, who reported that a hearing will be held next Tuesday at 14:00 local time to discuss Combs' sentencing plan, decided that this hearing will be held remotely.
Judge Subramanian said Combs should remain in federal prison in Brooklyn for now because of the overwhelming evidence presented in court of Combs' violent acts.
Subramanian said he saw "no reason to reach a contrary conclusion" regarding the decision to refuse bail, adding: "It is not possible for the defendant to demonstrate with clear and convincing evidence that he does not pose a danger."
Diddy's "dirty past"Combs, nicknamed "Puff Daddy" and "Diddy," was taken into custody on September 16, 2024, on charges of sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, kidnapping, arson, drug possession, bribery and obstruction of justice.
The 14-page indictment, which was shared with the court, stated that Combs organized "Freak Offs", which sometimes lasted for days and were usually recorded, mostly in his homes, and that he forced the people he forced to attend these parties to have sexual intercourse.
The indictment stated that Combs resorted to methods such as "using his influence to control the victims' careers, threatening them with economic, psychological, verbal and physical violence" and that drugs were seized during searches of the famous rapper's homes.
The indictment also noted that Combs offered bribes to witnesses and victims to remain silent or give false testimony.
Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges in federal court in Manhattan.
If convicted, Combs faces a minimum of 15 years and a maximum of life in prison.
