Seven of them belong to Özgür Özel: 18 immunity files were submitted to Parliament

Eighteen immunity files were submitted to the Presidency of the Turkish Grand National Assembly regarding 12 members of parliament, including CHP Chairman Özgür Özel , TİP Chairman Erkan Baş, and CHP Group Deputy Chairs Ali Mahir Başarır and Murat Emir.

The Presidential Memorandum on Lifting Legislative Immunity was referred to the Joint Commission composed of the members of the Constitution and Justice Committee by the Presidency of the Parliament.

The MPs whose files were referred to the Joint Commission are as follows:

CHP Chairman and Manisa Deputy Özgür Özel, TİP Chairman and İstanbul Deputy Erkan Baş, CHP Deputy Group Chairs Ali Mahir Başarır and Murat Emir, CHP Düzce Deputy Talih Özcan, CHP İzmir Deputy Ümit Özlale, İYİ Party Ankara Deputy Yüksel Arslan, CHP Ordu Deputy Mustafa Adıgüzel, TİP İstanbul Deputy Saliha Sera Kadıgil, İYİ Party Gaziantep Deputy Mehmet Mustafa Gürban, CHP Sakarya Deputy Ümit Dikbayır and CHP İstanbul Deputy Özgür Karabat.
