Russia slams Israel's Gaza plan!

Dmitry Polyansky, Russia's Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations (UN), strongly condemned Israel's plan to occupy the entire Gaza Strip. Speaking on behalf of the Kremlin, Polyansky emphasized that this plan would not only escalate tensions in the region but also blatantly violate international law and UN resolutions.
Speaking to reporters at the UN, Polyansky responded to a question about the Israeli government's plan to completely occupy Gaza. "This would be a very bad step in the wrong direction," Polyansky said. "We condemn such actions."
The Russian diplomat stated that if Israel were to implement this plan, it would be a direct violation of United Nations resolutions. He also noted that there is a broad consensus within the international community against the plan.
Stating that Russia's position coincides with that of the UN Security Council members, Polyansky said that attempts to completely occupy the Gaza Strip are unacceptable.
Polyansky emphasized that the only solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is a two-state solution. He stated that the current plan would further complicate the possibility of such a solution and could lead to new conflicts in the region.
Polyansky pointed out that the international community should take a clear stance on Israel's Gaza plan, stating that such unilateral steps would only increase tensions.
Polyansky's statements have once again raised international concerns about the Israeli government's military and political strategy in Gaza.
