Paper-based exams are being replaced by electronic exams

According to a written statement from ÖSYM, the Court of Accounts Presidency's Court of Accounts Assistant Auditor Candidacy Elimination Exam (2025-Court of Accounts Elimination) was held electronically. More than 4,000 candidates participated in the exam, held on Saturday, November 1st. The exam was administered at ÖSYM e-exam centers in Adana, Ankara, Istanbul, and Izmir. ÖSYM President Bayram Ali Ersoy provided information about the electronic exams and stated that they will continue to expand the electronic exam system as part of their digital transformation goals.

President Ersoy stated, "We continue to expand the electronic examination system by accelerating our digital transformation goals. This was the first time that exams in different fields, excluding foreign language exams, were included in the electronic environment. In 2024, the Revenue Administration Presidency State Revenue Expert Assistant Entrance Exam (DGUY) and the Revenue Administration Presidency Revenue Expert Assistant Entrance Exam (GUY) were administered electronically. 19 exams were administered electronically in 2024. In 2025, the Electronic-Test of English Proficiency (e-TEP) application was implemented. In addition, the Level Determination Exam in the Teaching Profession Knowledge Field and the Court of Accounts Elimination Exam were incorporated into the electronic environment. Finally, the Court of Accounts Presidency Court of Accounts Assistant Auditor Candidacy Elimination Exam was conducted as an e-exam. These electronic exams, organized in accordance with the principles of transparency and reliability, were not paper-based. "It's more environmentally friendly and more efficient in terms of organization compared to traditional exams. It's also advantageous for candidates because exam results are available more quickly," he said.
