It has been revealed who wrote the famous song sung by Tarkan

Zeynep Dizdar, who is etched in memories with her songs 'Vazgeç Gönül', 'Sana Güvenmiyorum', 'İlle de Sen', made a confession about Ümit Sayın, with whom she had a love affair years ago, in a program she attended.

Dizdar responded to the question, "Is it true that the song 'Unutmamalı' by Ümit Sayın, sung by Tarkan, was written for you?" as follows:

"Yes, that song was written for me. That song was Ümit's first composition. It was a song written with inspiration from me."

'Unutmamalı' is a song from Tarkan's second studio album 'Aacayipsin', which was released in 1994.
