The second step of the 400 million Euro investment initiative announced in December 2023, in collaboration with Oyak and Renault, is being taken!

Model name: Renault Boreal

Production location: Bursa, Oyak Renault Factories

C-segment SUV

Part of the “International Game Plan 2027” strategy.

It will be available in 70+ countries outside Europe

The name Boreal was inspired by the French language to represent the spirit of exploration.

With this step after Renault Duster, Oyak Renault has moved one step closer to its goal of producing 4 new models in Bursa by 2027.

Renault had previously announced that the new models to be produced in Türkiye by 2027 would be SUV models in the B and C segments.

In fact, just as the Dacia Duster is sold as the Renault Duster outside Europe, the Dacia Bigster will be sold as the Renault Boreal.”
