Ukraine-US cooperation strengthens: New agreement on UAV production

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy announced that they reached an agreement with the US side to increase joint work on the production of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

"It was the best conversation with Trump of all time"

In his traditional nightly video message, Zelenskiy assessed the developments in the Russia-Ukraine War over the past week.

Recalling his phone conversation with US President Donald Trump yesterday, Zelenskiy said, "This was probably the best conversation of all time, the most productive."

"We reached an agreement with the USA on UAV production"

Zelenskyy stressed that during his meeting with Trump, they discussed the issue of Ukraine's air defense.

Zelenskiy also stated that they reached an agreement with the US side this week to increase joint work on UAV production, and noted the following:

"We also agreed to significantly increase joint work with the American side on UAVs. This week, an agreement was signed between the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense and one of the leading American companies."

"UAVs are our clear priority"

"This will provide Ukraine with hundreds of thousands of UAVs on special terms this year and significantly more next year. Interceptor UAVs, in particular, are our clear priority," Ukrainian President Zelenskyy said in his message.

Arms production agreement signed with Denmark

On the other hand, Zelenskiy announced that they signed an agreement with Denmark on joint arms production.
