The Ministry of Youth and Sports will hire 450 contract personnel

According to the announcement published in the Official Gazette, the recruitment process will be conducted in accordance with Article 4/B of Civil Servants Law No. 657 and related legislation . Applications can only be submitted electronically through e-Government between September 8 and 12, 2025.
Application requirementsApplicants must meet the following criteria as of the application deadline:
"To be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey, to be over 18 years of age, to meet the general conditions set forth in Article 48 of Law No. 657, not to have been dismissed from any public institution, to have a 2024 KPSS B group P3 score, not to have a health problem that prevents the job, and for those who previously terminated their contract while being a contracted personnel, at least 1 year must have passed since the termination date. The special conditions specified in the table for the position to be applied for must be met."
Application methodApplications will be accepted through the Career Gate Public Recruitment Platform (isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr). Applications submitted by mail or in person will not be accepted. Candidates may only apply for one position in one province.
Candidates' graduation information and KPSS scores will be automatically obtained from the ÖSYM and YÖK systems. However, those whose information is not visible in the system will be required to upload their certified diplomas or graduation documents.
Exam processFollowing the review of applications, candidates with three times the announced quota for each province and group, starting with the candidate with the highest KPSS score, will be invited to the oral exam. The oral exam will be held in Ankara.
Announcement of results and placement
The merit list will be determined based on the oral exam score. In the event of a tie, the KPSS score, graduation date, and date of birth will be taken into account, respectively. Placement results will also be announced through Career Gate. Successfully placed candidates will sign contracts and begin their duties within the specified timeframe. Candidates who fail to begin their duties, except for compelling reasons, will lose their eligibility.
A ranking will also be made for reserve candidates, but being in this ranking will not constitute a right for subsequent recruitment.
Place of duty and working conditionsThe dormitory management personnel to be hired will work in dormitory directorates that operate on a 24-hour basis. Working hours will be regulated within the framework of legislation determined by the Ministry.
The applications of candidates who submit false documents or make false statements will be deemed invalid, their contracts will be terminated and legal action will be taken against them.
Application datesAccording to the announcement by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, applications will begin at 00:00 on September 8, 2025, and end at 17:00 on September 12, 2025. Applications will be submitted electronically only.
