DOCUMENT NO : 2022/1564 DOCUMENT DECISION NO : 2025/180 The defendant COŞĞUN AYDIN, born in 1974, son of Mustafa and Hanife, with the identification number 278****810, about whom the verdict dated 17.03.2025, with the principle and decision numbers written above, was decided to postpone the announcement of the verdict regarding the crime of Insult with a Voice, Written or Visual Message, in accordance with the article 125/1 of the TCK, by reference to the article 125/2 of the TCK , for 5 years, could not be found despite all searches, and the reasoned decision could not be notified. 1- In accordance with Article 29 of the Notification Law No. 7201 , the decision is hereby declared to be NOTIFIED BY ANNOUNCEMENT IN THE GAZETTE. 2- The sentence will be deemed to have been notified 15 days after the date of announcement. The defendant may appeal to the Istanbul Regional Court of Justice with a petition to our court or another court within two weeks from the date of notification of the decision, or with a petition to the court clerk and to record his/her statements in the minutes. If the defendant is in prison, he/she may appeal to the prison directorate. Otherwise, the sentence will be final and executed. 07.10.2025
