DOCUMENT NO : 2022/32 In accordance with the interim decision given in the open trial dated 12/09/2024 of the Expropriation Price Determination and Registration case filed in our court by the main plaintiff Sürmene Municipality Deputy against the defendants Fatma Kılıçoğlu and her friends: The plaintiff institution's attorney filed a lawsuit petition for the 319.15 m2 part of the 298 island 2 parcel and the 15.89 m2 part of the 225 island 5 parcel located in the Yeniay Baştımar neighborhood of the Sürmene district of the Trabzon province of the Republic of Turkey. It has been requested that the easement right for the 146.09 m2 part of the 225 island 6 parcel and the 268.21 m2 part of the 224 island 10 parcel be determined and a registration decision be given in the name of Sürmene Municipality. Hereby this lawsuit petition and the preliminary report prepared by our court are from the defendants; FATMA ÇAVUŞOĞLU, daughter of Salih and Meryem, with the TC ID number 45529278530, born on 26/12/1997, ERGÜN ÇAVUŞOĞLU, son of Adil and Fatma, with the TC ID number 45559277510, born on 01/07/1974, ADİLCAN ÇAVUŞOĞLU, son of Salih and Meryem, with the TC ID number 45532278466, born on 04/10/1996, and It has been understood that the notifications made to the address of Mehmet and Zeynep's sons, EBUBEKİR ÇAVUŞOĞLU, with the Turkish ID number 45538278248, dated 05/11/1987, in the Kingdom of Denmark (their full address), which is their Mernis address, were returned because they were not recognized and it was decided that notifications would be made publicly in the Kingdom of Denmark, which is their last residential address.

The defendants whose names and identification numbers are written above must be present in person at the hearing on the hearing date: 13/01/2026 at 09:40, or have themselves represented by an attorney, otherwise the trial will continue in their absence in accordance with Article 213/2 of the Civil Procedure Code, as amended by Law No. 3156, and the notification is made by announcement in lieu of the Petition, the minutes of the preliminary hearing and the hearing date.
