CHP Şile Mayor Özgür Kabadayı was arrested

An investigation into the Şile Municipality, launched by the Istanbul Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office's Terrorism and Organized Crime Investigation Bureau, is ongoing for "establishing a criminal organization," "extortion," "bribery," and "tender rigging."

Detained as part of the investigation and referred to the criminal judgeship of peace on duty with a request for their arrest by the prosecutor's office, Mayor Kabadayı, Oğuz Kaçmaz, Tuncay Tolga Özçakmak, Ali Şafak and Evren Buçhan were arrested.

JUDICIAL CONTROL FOR ASLI KOTAN The judgeship ruled that Aslı Kotan be released on judicial control in the form of signature.
