BRSA approves the division of QNB Bank and Enpara

The Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) approved the division decisions taken at the extraordinary general assemblies of QNB Bank AŞ and Enpara Bank AŞ.

According to the decision published in the Official Gazette, the registration of the decisions regarding the division taken at the extraordinary general assemblies of both banks held on August 19, 2025, was approved. The decision was made within the scope of Article 19 of Banking Law No. 5411 and the "Regulation on Mergers, Transfers, Divisions, and Share Exchanges of Banks."
