May is full of fun in Mesher

Meşher continues to screen a selection of films adapted from fictional works in Western literature in May as part of the Story Takes Place in Istanbul exhibition.
Today at 15:00, Czech director Karel Zeman's 1961 film Baron Prášil – The Fabulous Baron Munchausen will be shown. The main character of both films, the Baron, is a brave, intelligent and sarcastic character, known for his boundless imagination and surreal adventures.
The last film screening of May will take place on May 23 at 18:00. The 1920 silent film The Right to Love was directed by George Fitzmaurice and adapted from Claude Farrère's novel L'Homme qui assassina. Ezgi Daloğlu will accompany the film with a live musical performance during the screening . Admission to the film screenings at Meşher is free.
