Tofaş stuck like an arrow in the barrier, young driver died

In the accident that occurred at around 20:00 in the Narlıdere area of the Kestel district on the Bursa-Ankara highway, the Tofaş car with the registration number 35 ZS 650, driven by Kadir Menteş (26), who was travelling from İnegöl towards Bursa, crashed into the barriers as a result of the driver losing control of the steering wheel.

The impact of the powerful impact shattered the vehicle into pieces, and the driver was thrown onto the road. Menteş, who was seriously injured, was taken to Kestel State Hospital by ambulance. However, despite all medical interventions, he died.

Following the accident, Gendarmerie Command teams launched an investigation. Authorities emphasized the need for drivers to be more vigilant about speed and caution.
