The life story of suspended Antalya Police Chief İlker Arslan

Antalya Police Chief İlker Arslan graduated from the Police Academy in 1994 with the rank of Deputy Commissioner. Arslan began his first duty at the Ankara Provincial Police Department and held various positions at the General Directorate of Security, Siirt, and Ankara throughout his career. Arslan served as Head of the Witness Protection Department between 2016 and 2021, and as Internal Affairs Counselor at the Embassy of North Macedonia in Skopje between 2021 and 2024. Appointed as Antalya Provincial Police Chief by Presidential Decree dated August 16, 2024, İlker Arslan was born in Sivas, is married, and has three children.
