Quarter, half, republic gold on the rise: July 21, 2025 gold prices

Gold prices started the new week on an upward trend. On Monday, July 21, 2025, a gram of gold surpassed 4,374 TL. Quarter, half, and Republic gold prices also showed an upward trend.
The upward trend in the gold market continues unabated. As of Tuesday morning, July 21st, a gram of gold was selling for 4,374.39 TL on the Istanbul free market. The buying price was recorded as 4,373.94 TL. The upward trend in gold prices is noteworthy as investors continue to seek safe havens.
In the morning, a quarter-gold coin was bought at 7,104 TL and sold at 7,165 TL. A half-gold coin was bought at 14,208 TL and sold at 14,330 TL. A Republic gold coin was bought at 28,803 TL and sold at 29,238 TL. The Ata gold coin also attracted attention at 29,228 TL.
Full gold coins are selling for 28,528 TL, while two-and-a-half-gold coins are selling for 70,599 TL. Five-gold coins are trading near record levels at 143,459 TL. Gremse gold is trading at 71,077 TL, and pure gold is trading at 4,374.39 TL, in line with the price of gram gold.
A 22-carat bracelet, one of jewelers' most sought-after items, went on sale this morning for 4,175.09 TL. The purchase price was 3,964.15 TL. 14-carat gold was traded at 3,346 TL, and 18-carat gold at 3,173 TL.
While an ounce of gold was traded at $3,368 in international markets, the price of a kilogram of gold was recorded at $107,754 in US dollars and €92,136 in euros. These data demonstrate that global gold prices are directly reflected in the domestic market.
