Ministry of Health's second term appointment lottery schedule announced: First-time and reappointment application dates
In accordance with the provisions of the Additional Article 1 of the Health Services Fundamental Law and the Regulation on the Appointment Procedures and Principles of Certain Health Personnel to be Appointed to Public Institutions and Organizations by Open Draw, the first or re-appointment and placement works and procedures for the positions of specialists according to the legislation on medical specialization and specialist physicians, physicians, specialist dentists, dentists, specialist pharmacists and pharmacists for the needs of the Ministry of Health and its Affiliated Agencies and other public institutions and organizations will be carried out by a notary public via a computerized draw within the announced calendar. • In the 1st placement, 'Personnel titled pharmacist who have foreign language proficiency and have graduated from specified master's or doctoral programs for the Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency' will be recruited. • In the 2nd placement, 'Personnel titled specialist physicians, physicians, specialist dentists, dentists, specialist pharmacists and pharmacists for the Ministry of Health and its Affiliated Agencies and other public institutions and organizations' will be recruited.
1) Candidates must meet the general conditions specified in Article 48 of the Civil Servants Law No. 657. 2) Pharmacists, specialist pharmacists, dentists and specialist dentists who work in statuses other than those working as civil servants subject to Article 4/A of Law No. 657 in the Ministry and its affiliated institutions and public institutions and organizations, 3) Physicians and specialist physicians who want to be appointed for the first time or who do not have the Civil Service Obligation as per Law No. 3359, 4) Physicians and specialist physicians who work in statuses other than those working as civil servants subject to Law No. 657 in public institutions and organizations and who have completed their Civil Service Obligation as of the last date of the lottery application, 5) Specialists (TUTG), specialist dentists and specialist pharmacists who graduated by the last date of the lottery application and whose diploma specialty registrations have been made by the General Directorate of Health Services by this date,
6) Dentists and pharmacists who graduated by the draw application deadline, 7) Physicians and specialist physicians who retired under Article 30 of Law No. 5335 may apply by choosing positions within our Ministry and its affiliated institutions. Pursuant to the same law, if retired physicians and specialist physicians are placed in institutions other than those within our Ministry's health facilities, their appointments will not be made. 8) In accordance with Additional Article 17 of Law No. 3359 on Health Services, physicians and specialist physicians who are over 65 and under 72 as of the draw date and who previously worked for the Ministry of Health or its affiliated institutions may apply by choosing positions within our Ministry and its affiliated institutions. Pursuant to the same law, physicians and specialist physicians who are over 65 and over will not be appointed if they are placed in institutions other than those within our Ministry's health facilities.
