Critical date for graduation! On which day and where will the ATA AÖF three-course exam be held?

The dates for the Atatürk University Open and Distance Education Faculty ( ATA AÖF ) 2025 Summer School and Three-Course Graduation Exam have been announced. The exams will be held in a single session on Sunday, August 24, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. Students have learned that the exam locations have not yet been announced, but they are expected to be available approximately one week before the exam.

WHEN WILL THE EXAM CENTERS BE ANNOUNCED?

Exam centers are generally announced 7-10 days before the exam, based on past exam practices. Therefore, ATA Open Education Faculty exam locations are expected to be announced through the Student Information System (OBS) around August 17-18, 2025, at the latest. Students can track their exam locations through the system.

HOW AND WHEN TO OBTAIN AN ENTRY CERTIFICATE?

Summer School and Graduation Three-Course Exam entry documents can be obtained from the official website. Exam entry documents can also be accessed through the ÖYS, AtaMeta, ATA-AOF Mobile, and ATAAOF OYS applications.

WHO CAN TAKE THE THREE-COURSE EXAM?

Students who are nearing graduation and have failed a maximum of three courses (1-3) are eligible to take this exam. They are only eligible to take the exam for courses they took in the 2024-2025 Fall and Spring semesters and failed with a grade of FF. Students who have failed more than three courses or failed in different semesters are not eligible for this exam.
