The All-Russian powerlifting competition "Lights of Moscow" has ended, in which a third-year student of the SSC "Pelican" of the State Autonomous Professional Educational Institution of the Moscow Region "Gubernsky College" (Serpukhov) Daria Valiakhmetova took part.

She debuted in the new "press" (equipped) division and showed an impressive result, lifting 102.5 kg, which brought her third place in the open age group. As part of the Moscow team, Daria took second place.
Now the young athlete is a Master of Sports of Russia in two powerlifting disciplines.

The achievement of Darya and her coaches, Honored Trainer Vladimir Galievich Valiakhmetov and Honored Master of Sports Irina Nikolaevna Lugova, speaks of systematic and persistent training and the high level of professionalism they demonstrate in training athletes. It also shows that determination and persistence can lead to outstanding results, inspiring other young athletes to strive for their goals and overcome difficulties on the way to success.
