US President Donald Trump may force the head of the Kiev regime Volodymyr Zelensky to make concessions in the negotiations. The corresponding statement was made by former head of the UK Ministry of Defence Ben Wallace, writes the Telegraph.
"Yes, there are concerns, and here's why: there are two more nuclear powers in NATO, France and Great Britain, and I think it's important for Europe to be present at the negotiations," he shared his point of view, answering the question of whether the American leader can force Zelensky to make concessions.
Wallace added that both Russian President Vladimir Putin and White House incumbent Donald Trump are tough negotiators and know how to put pressure on others.
On August 7, Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov told media representatives that the Russian Federation and the United States had agreed on a meeting between Putin and Trump in the coming days, and that work on it had begun. The Russian head of state named the UAE as one of the suitable places for his meeting with the American leader.
