The Be Healthy clinic chain has implemented an AI service to improve the quality of doctors' work.

SKK is the first automated medical documentation quality control system on the market and the only service to use proprietary AI models trained by the company's expert physicians, PhDs with IT expertise, using a large number of real clinical cases (over 300,000). SKK evaluates the quality of medical care in accordance with legislation, the Ministry of Health's standards for medical care, and regularly updated clinical guidelines.
The QCC system makes the quality of medical documentation in clinics transparent and standardizes quality control of medical care. This tool helps establish a system for incentivizing physicians and can serve as a basis for management decisions. Using the QCC system, the quality of medical documentation completed by physicians increases by 30-50%, while the rate of dangerous errors decreases from 15% to 1-2%. The system has already verified over 20 million documents. The QCC system processes each protocol in an average of 2 to 4 seconds. Documents are rated on a scale of 1 to 100. The system generates analytical reports for physician performance management.
The SCC covers all clinics in the Be Healthy network, including newly opened ones, including franchises. It is an important tool for monitoring and training the medical staff of franchise partners.
"Our company actively utilizes a range of AI-based digital solutions that help doctors save time, allowing them to prioritize patient care. The AI service from Doctor Nearby fits seamlessly into our digitalization strategy. Caring for people's health means, first and foremost, continuously improving the quality of medical care. As the project develops, we expect the average medical documentation quality score in our clinics to reach 85 points on the SCC scale," said Alexey Ostroushko, IT Director of the Be Healthy clinic chain.
"We are pleased to establish a technological partnership with the Be Healthy clinic chain, renowned for its innovative approach, " noted Evgeny Vasiliev , Commercial Director of the medical technology company Doctor Nearby. " I am confident that the implementation of the Quality Control System will enable the Be Healthy clinic chain to significantly improve the efficiency of medical care. Doctor Nearby is pioneering a fundamentally new approach to quality management in the medical industry. We see how medical institutions that integrate our AI solutions gain a significant advantage in the market, improving the quality of medical care and optimizing costs. This directly impacts patient health and satisfaction, as well as their desire to return to our clinics."
As Vladimir Stefan , Project Manager for the Be Healthy Clinic Network, noted, the Quality Control System not only helps assess the completeness and accuracy of doctors' completed protocols but also provides comprehensive analytics for auditing their performance. This helps clinic management adjust their training and motivation programs and make management decisions.
"The implementation of the digital solution allows us to automate the work of expert physicians and significantly increase the coverage of the sample being reviewed. This is a tool that helps us obtain an objective and substantiated assessment of the quality of physician work. We can identify areas for improvement and take action: train specialists and improve their skills where necessary. The introduction of this new technology will undoubtedly have a positive impact on the effectiveness and safety of our patients' treatment," said Alexandra Savina , an expert physician at the Be Healthy clinic chain.
