A building for a city hospital in Perm will be built for 4 billion rubles

The construction of the facility will take place in two stages. The contractor must prepare working documentation and build a medical building. The duration of construction and installation works will be 821 calendar days, including 30 days of the preparatory period.
The total area of the building should not exceed 17 thousand square meters. It is planned that the building will not be higher than six floors. Its total capacity will be 125 beds for a 24-hour hospital and 12 for intensive care. When designing intensive care units, the contractor should provide for the placement of medical consoles with the ability to install hanging equipment (monitor, ventilator) to ensure staff access to the patient's bed from at least three sides.
The facility is planned to be built on the territory of the existing buildings of the city hospital on Pisareva Street. In this regard, the contractor's tasks will include ensuring the uninterrupted functioning of the existing hospital departments, patient safety and the operation of the engineering infrastructure.
According to the tender, no funding for the work is provided in 2025. In 2026, the contractor will receive 33.6 million rubles, in 2027 - 1.321 billion rubles. The bulk of the tranche - 2.595 billion rubles - will be received in 2028-2029.
Archangel Michael City Hospital was formed in 2018 after the merger of medical units No. 6 and 7. It is a multidisciplinary medical organization that provides assistance in various fields, including rehabilitation, anesthesiology and resuscitation, obstetrics and gynecology.
In Perm, the construction of the Federal Scientific Center for Medical and Preventive Technologies for Managing Population Health Risks in the Kama Valley continues. Its construction began in 2015. The total construction area will be 7.6 thousand square meters. Since the start of construction, several contractors have changed at the site. In October 2024, another contract for 999 million rubles for the completion of the medical center was signed with Kaliningrad-based Yantarservisbaltik LLC.
The contractor must complete the construction of the laboratory, scientific, administrative and clinical buildings, and improve the territory. The work must be fully completed and the facility put into operation by December 2026.
