Ship parade and air show to take place in Nizhny Novgorod on Victory Day

On Victory Day, Nizhny Novgorod residents will see a parade of river vessels and an aviation show. This was reported by the press service of the Nizhny Novgorod Region government.

At 12:50, a demonstration of equipment from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Rostransnadzor, transport police and the Vodolet company will begin in the Volga water area. A total of 24 vessels will take part in the parade, including Meteor, Valdai, rescue jet skis, Marlin, corvettes, Vyun and other examples of water transport.

The air show will begin at 13:00. The Reactors aerobatic team will demonstrate their skills, and there will also be flights by MiG-29 and Il-76 aircraft.

The best view of what is happening will be from the heights of the upper part of Nizhny Novgorod, especially from the Nizhnevolzhskaya embankment and the territory of the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin.
