Blackout in Spain affects Madrid Masters

Monday started off badly at the tournament in Madrid, Spain. A general power outage interrupted the men's third round and women's round of 16 matches.
The match of Grigor Dimitrov, 15th favorite, found him leading 6/4 5/4 with the British Jacob Fearnley having just broken to serve for the tie. In this duel the broadcast camera was stopped very close to the court so the match could not continue. It has been fifteen minutes of stoppage and the players have been sent to the locker room.
With the power outage, the electronic line marking system is deactivated.
The information is that the general blackout is happening in a large part of Spain and also in Portugal.
Some matches, such as Mirra Andreeva against 99th-ranked Yuliia Starodubtseva and Matteo Arnaldi against Damir Dzumhur, ended with the referee singing the signs in his throat. Andreeva won 6-1 6-4 while Arnaldi beat Dzumhur 6-3 6-4 in the third round of the men's tournament.
The expected start time for the other games that had not yet started is 9 am Brasília time (2 pm local time).
