It is well known that the luxury furniture market is not affected by crises. And although the purchasing power for luxury homes has fallen, for example in Lisbon, new developments continue to appear and, in many cases, most of them have already been sold. From Lisbon to Porto, not forgetting the Algarve, Nascer do SOL shows you some residential developments that are growing in the country, whose prices are not for everyone's budget but with breathtaking views.

Sousa Martins 17Between €1,500,000 and €2,650,000

Sousa Martins 17 is a new luxury development in Lisbon. Located between Marquês de Pombal, Saldanha and Avenida da Liberdade, it combines the renovation of a classic façade with modern interiors. Promoted by JM Investimentos Imobiliários, the project offers 10 three-bedroom apartments, with areas starting at 158 ​​square meters and distributed over six floors, all with balconies or terraces and private parking. On the top floor, there is a unique penthouse measuring 285 square meters. It will be marketed by Portugal Sotheby's International Realty and is expected to be completed in November. Prices range from 1,500,000 to 2,650,000 euros.

Páteo Monte do EstorilFrom €1,300,000 to €2,190,000

Located in one of the most valued areas of the Estoril coast, this new property stands out for its exquisite architecture. According to the Century21 Sea Gold website, it offers options for different buyer profiles: a 200 square meter triplex house for 1,800,000 euros, a 241 square meter duplex 4-bedroom house for 2,190,000 euros and a 178 square meter 3-bedroom + 1 for 1,300,000 euros. It has several luxury finishes such as old Portuguese wooden shutters, solid Riga wood floors or Estremoz stone in the bathrooms.

Unique BenficaFrom €1,240,000

Just a stone's throw from the Alto dos Moinhos Metro and Estádio da Luz, Unique Benfica is almost finished by Libertas. With elegant architecture and a marble façade, it was designed by the ARX studio and designed by architect José Mateus. Located on the prestigious Avenida da Boavista, next to Parque da Cidade, this development comprises 11 housing units spread over three floors, with 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, and prices starting at 700 thousand euros. This project also stands out for its innovative turnkey concept, which ensures that clients receive apartments ready to move into, eliminating the need for any additional adjustments or interventions.

Lumare VilamouraFrom €500,000 to €2,250,000

Lumare is a luxury residential project, where green spaces predominate in harmony with luxury apartments, by the sea, in Vilamoura, in the Algarve. It occupies four buildings surrounded by gardens and offers three types of properties: Garden Residences, Essence Residences and Sky Residences. There are 62 apartments in total. According to the Luximos website, many of the apartments have already been sold but there are still several for sale. Prices vary and range from 500 thousand euros for a one-bedroom apartment with a garage space to 2,250 thousand euros for a three-bedroom apartment with two garage spaces.

Saint Cyrus 19From €400,000 to €1,230,000

This project will be built in Estrela, between Campo de Ourique and Lapa, and will offer 13 residential units, designed to accommodate various lifestyles and stages of life. From a spacious three-bedroom apartment on the ground floor with direct access to a private outdoor garden, to one and two-bedroom apartments on the upper floors, and two duplex apartments with private terraces and pools, each apartment has been designed to offer comfort and functionality. Prices range from 400,000 euros for a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor without a garage to 1,230,000 euros for a two-bedroom duplex with a garage and terrace. The project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2027.
