Académica wins 1st Expofacic Trophy against Marialvas

Students scored three goals in the first half and then took their foot off the accelerator in the match that served as a presentation of Marialvas to its members.
The Febres Sports Complex had a well-stocked stand for the presentation to Marialvas members. Académica didn't make life easy for the home team and ended up winning deservedly, scoring three goals before halftime. It took just 12 minutes for the scoreboard to work for the first time through the midfielder António Montez, who looked like a striker inside the area, "dancing" in front of the "centers" until he fired the ball into the back of the net.
After completing the 0-1 move, Montez started the 0-2 move, in the 18th minute, by launching Camilo Triana on the left, who "spiked" for Nuno Barbosa to score effortlessly.
Five minutes before halftime, Camilo Triana scored this time. Set free by goalkeeper Carlos Alves, the speedy Briosa forward raced down the left and fired over Diogo Sá for the 3-0 win. Unlike the 1st part, the 2nd was much less emotional.
The two coaches opted to rotate the benches and the match's quality declined.
