Motorboat sports. Sliding reinforced with reinforcements from Hamburg

The motorboaters of the Szczecin Ślizg are preparing for the season that is about to begin, in which they will have a significantly strengthened squad, as they have acquired five players from the German club in Hamburg, which recently ceased operations.
The sports family of Bryllowskis with Polish roots will be competing in Szczecin colours: Zuzanna, Andrzej, Dariusz, Lukas and Dennis, and an interesting fact is that the latter is a doctor of chemistry. The new motorboaters of Ślizg, who will be competing in the P-750 Class, have already been to the town of Gryf and conducted training on the Odyniec Canal.
- The training is aimed at the best possible technical preparation in order to achieve the best possible results in the European Championships, which will be held in Norway in July and in the entire cycle of Polish motorboat championships, held successively in Żnin, Chodzież and Rogoźno - informed the commander of Ślizg Stanisław Kołpaczyński. - Let me remind you that the spectacular P-750 Class came to Europe and Poland from the Republic of South Africa, which is the manufacturer of Thundercart catamarans with 2-stroke Tohatsu engines with a power of 50 horsepower, and these boats, in which two-person crews sail, reach speeds of around 100 kilometers per hour. In the upcoming season, we want to repeat the successes of 2024 and we hope that we will appear again in the Sports Plebiscite of "Kurier Szczeciński". We also invite to us at Bulwar Gdański 12 other people who want to try their hand at this beautiful sport for the brave, especially young people, starting from the age of 14. We also invite those interested in motorboat helmsman courses, and the next one will start on Saturday, May 10 at 9:00. After successfully completing the exam, a week later, on May 17 also at 9:00, you will be able to start training and exam for a license to tow a water skier, banana and other water objects.
