Court trials are lasting on average several months longer than a decade ago, the chaos surrounding so-called neo-judges is deepening, a dispute continues within the prosecutor's office over the legal authority of the national prosecutor, the Supreme Court remains divided into two warring factions of old and new judges, the Constitutional Tribunal is shrinking and losing its effectiveness, and its rulings are not recognized by some politicians and lawyers.

The PiS chairman proves that nothing is impossible in politics. The true American dream has come true in Poland. A man from the lower classes, with a shady past, who wasn't part of the party apparatus, became Poland's first citizen. He was plucked out of a hat, and over 10 million Poles voted for him to become president of Poland. Jarosław Kaczyński gambled and won. Not for the first time," writes Nizinkiewicz.
– From the first to the last day of my presidency, I did everything to ensure the security and development of Poles – said the outgoing president, who argued that during his presidency, Poland had transformed into a “state of a new format”
"Deciding on the validity of the elections and taking the oath are two separate legal proceedings. Currently, after the court proceedings have been effectively concluded, a separate procedure is underway to assume office. The final step in this second procedure is taking the oath before the National Assembly. If this step is completed, Karol Nawrocki will assume the office of president and will be able to effectively perform it," says Professor Jacek Zaleśny, a constitutional scholar at the University of Warsaw.
During this time, Duda signed 1,850 bills, vetoed 19, referred 61 to the Constitutional Tribunal and put forward 62 legislative initiatives.

"I wouldn't want to be defined by the prism of either the current or former First Ladies. Each was unique, each had her own sensitivity. Each individually shapes her life path, both personal and professional. I will consistently build my image. This was discussed in the podcast "All the President's Men" by journalists from the national section of "Rzeczpospolita" – Jacek Nizinkiewicz, Estera Flieger and Michał Kolanko.
