Polish company among the best places to work in Europe. Incredible promotion

Egis Polska was ranked 26th among the 100 best places to work in Europe in the small and medium-sized enterprise category. The list was compiled as part of the "Great Place To Work" study, which has been examining the potential of European SMEs as workplaces for 30 years.
The Polish company jumped 50 places in the rankingThis wasn't the Polish company's debut on this list. Last year, it made the list of the 100 best European SMEs – companies employing between 50 and 499 people – where it ranked 79th.
Egis Polska also ranks among the top companies in national rankings. It has been included in the Best Workplaces™ in Poland list three times in a row. This year's list, announced on May 22, placed third in the category of medium-sized companies – those employing fewer than 500 people (specifically, between 50 and 499) . The company also took third place on the list of Best Workplaces™ for Millennials.
The ranking of the best MSG in Europe was topped by three IT companies: Castra AB from Sweden, willhaben internet service GmbH & Co KG from Austria and Bending Spoons from Italy.
This year's ranking is based on an analysis of 300,000 responses from employees of companies meeting the criteria for the 2025 list. Great Place To Work uses its proprietary Trust Index™ survey. It consists of 60 statements and two open-ended questions . Using a five-point scale, employees rate their level of trust in their employer, relationships with co-workers, and bonds and loyalty to the company, explains Maria Zakrzewski, CEO of Great Place To Work Polska.
"As last year, the announcement of the European Best Workplaces™ list was divided into two events. The winners in the small and medium-sized companies category will be announced first. The list of Large Best Workplaces™, those employing over 500 employees, will be announced in three weeks, on October 9th," the press release reads.
