In Nowogard and Gryfino on a patriotic note

Nowogard. A concert titled "In Tribute to Independence" will be held at the Church of St. Rafał Kalinowski on Monday, June 10th at 7 p.m. The program will include patriotic and legionnaire songs, works by Polish composers, and film vocals.

Marshal Józef Piłsudski will appear during the concert, and guests will have the opportunity to take souvenir photos with him. The concert is a tribute to all who fought for Poland's freedom and independence. The event, according to the organizers, combines music, history, tradition, and shared celebration in the spirit of patriotism.

There will also be a joint singing of patriotic songs, which will emphasize the unity, national pride and community bond of the region's inhabitants.

The concert will be conducted by Beata Krzyżanowska. Soloists: Edyta Piasecka, Maria Hubluk. Piano: Tomasz Kaszuba.

Gryfino. On Monday, the 10th of this month, at 5 p.m., a patriotic and cultural event titled "Freedom Sung, Told in Words" will begin at the Gryfino County Office at 4 Sprzymierzonych Street. The event includes: a sing-along of patriotic and soldier songs with the Ad Hoc band; a meeting with Ałbena Grabowska, a recognized writer, author of, among others, the "Centulecia Guilnych" trilogy; a prize competition titled "11 Questions for November 11th"; a patriotic photo booth; and refreshments for event participants.

The local celebration of National Independence Day in Gryfino will begin on November 11th at 9:00 a.m. at the Sybiraks' Memorial Square, where flowers will be laid at the independence obelisk. Then, from there, at 10:00 a.m., the Gryfino Independence March will set off towards the Bańska Gate, before proceeding to the local waterfront, where the following events are planned: an Independence Military Picnic, a joint singing of the National Anthem, and a concert of independence melodies performed by the Gryfino Wind Orchestra. The Gryfino Independence Run will also begin here.
