According to the Przeworsk police station, upon speaking with one of the callers, officers determined that three unknown perpetrators had damaged his car by breaking the rear window, denting the bodywork, and damaging the paintwork. The other two vehicles had similar damage.

Upon entering the apartment building, they found the property owner in a panic, and the man who had previously been driving the motorcycle, sitting on a chair and pretending to be asleep. They found a machete and an expandable baton on the 33-year-old Przeworsk resident. At the time of his arrest, he had a blood alcohol content of 2.5 per mille. But that wasn't all. While searching his apartment, officers also found several zip-lock bags containing a white crystalline substance and dried plant material. Initial testing confirmed that the dried plant material was marijuana, and the white crystalline substance was mephedrone. The 33-year-old will be charged with criminal damage to property and possession of prohibited substances. According to the Przeworsk police station, he pleaded guilty.
– At the request of the District Prosecutor's Office in Przeworsk, the court imposed a preventive measure in the form of pre-trial detention for a period of three months against the 33-year-old. He faces a penalty of up to 10 years in prison for the crimes he committed. Further proceedings are ongoing in this case.
