Charges filed against perpetrators of assault on 17-year-old boy
As we've learned, during the investigation, detectives identified two men who may have been involved in the incident. They turned out to be residents of the Przeworsk district. One was 15 years old, the other 17. They were detained and brought to the Przeworsk police station. Both were charged.
– The materials regarding the 15-year-old's case have been sent to the family court, which will decide on the consequences the teenager will face. The criminal code provides for a sentence of three months to five years for assault.
