Andrzej Duda's farewell address. The presidential minister discusses the details.

"At 8:00 PM on Tuesday, President Andrzej Duda will deliver a ceremonial address," Marcin Mastalerek, the head of the Prime Minister's Cabinet, said on the "Graffiti" program. He also assessed PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński's relationship with the president and responded to Zbigniew Ziobro's comment on the appointment of Justice Minister Waldemar Żurek.

Marcin Mastalerek revealed in Tuesday's edition of the "Graffiti" program what the last hours of Andrzej Duda's presidency will look like.

"At 12 noon, the president will dismiss his ministers at the Presidential Palace. This will be a ceremony summarizing these 10 years. And at 8 p.m., he will deliver a ceremonial address. He will also summarize his presidency," Mastalerek said.

Assessing Duda's two terms in office, his cabinet chief stated that "this presidency changed Polish politics." "Until 2015, Poles didn't believe politicians could keep their promises," he said.

He announced that "Andrzej Duda has a bright future ahead of him and will do much good for Poland." "The president has been the most popular politician in Poland for 10 years, and I will encourage him to be as active as possible," he revealed.

Kaczyński-Duda Relations: "The President Should Be Treated Like a President"

Host Marcin Fijołek asked about Andrzej Duda's relationship with Law and Justice and its chairman, Jarosław Kaczyński . "The president wanted to fulfill his office to the best of his ability, but he also wanted to be loyal to the party that voted him in. However, on that side, there was difficulty accepting that the president should be treated like a president, " Mastalerek replied, referring to the beginning of Duda's first term.

However, he expressed his belief that after 10 years in the Presidential Palace, the head of state is now perceived differently by PiS representatives. "Thanks to Andrzej Duda's presidency, things will be easier for president-elect Karol Nawrocki , because the PiS camp is learning from this and will not make the same mistake with Karol Nawrocki as they did with Andrzej Duda," he explained.

- What was done to Andrzej Duda at the beginning of his presidency was a political mistake by the Law and Justice camp, but the president quickly adjusted the situation to what it should be - he emphasized.

Former Minister of Justice in the United Right government, Zbigniew Ziobro, commented on Monday on the appointment of the new head of the Ministry of Justice, Waldemar Żurek.
