Liverpool move closer to title after Arsenal draw

Liverpool has come even closer to the English league title after Arsenal's home draw against Crystal Palace (2-2). Coach Arne Slot's team now needs 1 point against Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday to celebrate the championship. With four games left to play, Arsenal is 12 points behind and has a worse goal difference.
Arsenal defender Jakub Kiwior made it 1-0 early on, after a free kick from Martin Ødegaard. Eberechi Eze brought Palace level after half an hour with a fine shot. On an assist from Dutch international Jurriën Timber, Leandro Trossard put Arsenal back in the lead before half-time. After a mistake in the build-up, Jean-Philippe Mateta made it 2-2 in the final phase.
Arsenal can now focus on their first Champions League semi-final, at home to Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday.
