Cup winner Go Ahead Eagles inundated with player offers

After winning the KNVB Cup and qualifying for European football, Go Ahead Eagles is being offered a lot of players. This is what Jan Willem van Dop, general manager of Go Ahead Eagles, says in an interview with ESPN.
"But the aim is to keep this team together as much as possible. That may not be entirely successful, but we will do our utmost," said Van Dop during the ceremony in Deventer.
Go Ahead Eagles is assured of eight European matches next season, resulting in extra income. "One-time money," Van Dop put on the brakes. "We are keeping both feet on the ground. The scripts are already ready after our European adventure at the beginning of this season."
Van Dop has been on a rollercoaster for quite some time, he said. "It is unbelievable that we have managed this as a small club. We are ready for what is to come, our stadium meets the UEFA requirements. This is just incredibly beautiful."
