Despite this detail, Jaguars head coach Liam Coen expressed his satisfaction with the execution of the kick, highlighting the talent and desire of his kicker.
“He wanted to try it, so we gave it to him. It was a great thing for Cam. You wish that went down in the record books,” the coach said after his team’s 31-25 loss.
